Let me introduce myself…
My name is Sue McHardy. I have been a Fitness Instructor for over 25 years and a Personal Trainer for over 13 years. I am extremely passionate about my work and very results oriented with my clients.
After years in the industry, I got tired of watching people over-work themselves in the gym (often inefficiently), and not get the results they desire. So after much self-study in food, I went back to school in 2013 to become an Registered Holistic Nutritionist. My mandate at “Ignite Fitness and Nutrition for Women” is to help you be your very best self on the inside and out!
I believe we all need to strive for life balance. For optimal health, we need to balance lifestyle, manage stress, properly nourish the body and MOVE the body every day!
