This week is going to be a SCORCHER!!!🌞🌞🌞 On hot qeeks like this, water may NOT be enough!!! You may need ELECTROLYTES to actually get the fluid INTO YOUR CELLS!!! ELECTROLYTES help:

β€’ Balance the fluids in your body (intracellular)
β€’ Regulate blood pressure and muscular contraction (preventing cramping and spasms)
β€’ Prevent dehydration, keep your sports performance and energy high, and are important for OPTIMAL HEALTH!!!

Here's a quick and easy HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVE to Gatorade (which is full of artificial colours, clocking in at 80 calories per cup, with 13g sugar, which is over 3 teaspoons of sugar!!!). In a blender or Vitamix, thoroughly mix:

β€’ 1 1/2 cups water
β€’ the juice of 1/2 lemon
β€’ 1/8 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
β€’ 1-2 tsp Raw Honey 

This refreshing, lightly sweetened home version checks in at 27 calories, and 6 g natural sugar from the raw honey (which contains enzymes and minerals!), and contains the vital electrolytes: SODIUM, POTASSIUM, and MAGNESIUM.
