After years in the industry, I got tired of watching people over-work themselves in the gym (often inefficiently), and not get the results they desire. So, after much self-study in food, I went back to school in 2013 to become a Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) and Holistic Weight Loss Coach, as I believe nutrition plays such a key role in your results!
I am happy to further counsel clients on how to balance their food intake each day, and balance all body systems. Optimal results are achieved when you balance both your exercise, and your nutrition!!!
