All of my workouts strengthen and tone the entire body, so you will work each muscle group multiple times per week. They also include high intensity cardio intervals—I want you to work AS HARD AS YOU CAN on each interval. These intervals should feel “uncomfortable” at the end of each one.
Pushing yourself outside your comfort zone with your weights and cardio is what makes you STRONGER, improves your cardio ENDURANCE, and AFTERBURN, so your body continues to BURN CALORIES at an accelerated rate for hours after your workout!
