You may need ELECTROLYTES to actually get the fluid INTO YOUR CELLS!!! ELECTROLYTES help: • Balance the fluids in your body (intracellular) • Regulate blood pressure and muscular contraction (preventing cramping and spasms) • Prevent dehydration, keep your sports performance and energy high, and are important for OPTIMAL HEALTH!!!
