RECIPE ALERT... THE HEAT IS ON!!!🔥🔥🔥

This week is going to be a SCORCHER!!!🌞🌞🌞 On hot qeeks like this, water may NOT be enough!!! You may need ELECTROLYTES to actually get the fluid INTO YOUR CELLS!!! ELECTROLYTES help:

• Balance the fluids in your body (intracellular)
• Regulate blood pressure and muscular contraction (preventing cramping and spasms)
• Prevent dehydration, keep your sports performance and energy high, and are important for OPTIMAL HEALTH!!!

Here's a quick and easy HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVE to Gatorade (which is full of artificial colours, clocking in at 80 calories per cup, with 13g sugar, which is over 3 teaspoons of sugar!!!). In a blender or Vitamix, thoroughly mix:

• 1 1/2 cups water
• the juice of 1/2 lemon
• 1/8 tsp Himalayan Sea Salt
• 1-2 tsp Raw Honey

This refreshing, lightly sweetened home version checks in at 27 calories, and 6 g natural sugar from the raw honey (which contains enzymes and minerals!), and contains the vital electrolytes: SODIUM, POTASSIUM, and MAGNESIUM.

Alcohol:

• Increases estrogen, throwing off your hormones
• INCREASES INFLAMMATION IN THE BODY
• Stresses your liver, your largest detox organ
• Decreases inhibitors, which may result in unnecessary snacking (of the wrong foods)
• Is toxic to all cells in the body
• HALTS ALL OTHER PROCESSES IN THE BODY INCLUDING FAT BURNING, because it priorizes the metabolism of the alcohol
