RECIPE ALERT... THE HEAT IS ON!!!🔥🔥🔥 This week is RECIPE ALERT... THE HEAT IS ON!!!🔥🔥🔥 This week is going to be a SCORCHER!!!🌞🌞🌞 On hot qeeks like this, water may NOT be enough!!! You may need ELECTROLYTES to actually get the fluid INTO YOUR CELLS!!! ELECTROLYTES help: • Balance the fluids in your body (intracellular) • Regulate blood pressure and muscular contraction (preventing cramping and spasms) • Prevent dehydration, keep your sports performance and energy high, and are important for OPTIMAL HEALTH!!! Here's a quick and easy HEALTHIER ALTERNATIVE to Gatorade (which is full of artificial colours, clocking in at 80 calories per cup, with 13g sugar, which is over 3 teaspoons of sugar!!!).
